Coho Subscription

The subscription contains approximately 5, 10, or 15 pounds of individually portioned salmon cuts each portion is approximately 6-10oz or roughly a half a pound

Coho Salmon is a mild-flavored salmon its flesh has a more pink-orange hue compared to Sockeye or King salmon. 

Our fish are vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen at the source to preserve peke freshness.

Unlike store-bought, our salmon is only frozen once and stays that way until it reaches you. 

Wild ocean-caught Coho has a high amount of Omega-3 fatty acids. Its delicious flavors and texture are great for someone who prefers a more mind flavor compared to the rich flavors of Sockeye.
